At Corby of Windsor, we take the delivery of our products to our customers very seriously. We understand that our customers not only demand quality products at the most competitive prices, but also that their purchases are delivered safely and as efficiently as possible.

ORDER VALUE DELIVERY PRICE
Below the value of  €1000.00 excluding tax A flat shipping fee of €15.00 plus VAT will be charged for the order.
Values ​​exceeding  €1000.00  (excluding tax) Delivery is FREE.
Delivery methods:


When you place your order for the first time, our shipping team will determine the most suitable delivery method. We aim to allocate your order within 24 hours (subject to stock availability). If the products you have ordered are out of stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you. Alternatively, you can contact us at trade@corbyofwindsor.com and inquire about the expected restocking date before placing your order.

For larger product orders, we recommend clearing sufficient space before delivery. However, we do not recommend attempting to assist the courier in carrying the product to protect your personal safety and prevent damage to your property. Please note that it is in your best interest to personally inspect the delivery upon receipt to avoid any disappointment later due to signs of use or damage. We ask that you retain the original packaging for 14 days in case you need to exchange or return the product. We require that all returned products be in their original packaging.

Please note: If your products are unsuitable in any way, including damage, this must be reported within 14 days of receiving the items.

You can track the status of your order on our website by following these steps:

1 Click on "Track order" in the top right corner of the website.

2 Enter your order code (which you can find in the order confirmation email) and your postcode, and then click "Submit".

3 You should be able to view your order status.
